Community monetisation platform Convosight has raised $9 million in a Series A funding round led by Singapore-based venture firm Qualgro.

Unilever Ventures, along with existing backers IvyCap Ventures and Sequoia Capital India’s Surge also participated in the capital raising.

Ikigai Law advised Convosight on their fund raise. The firm was led by a team comprising Counsel Nimisha Dutta and Managing Partner Anirudh Rastogi.

Qualgro was represented by Algo Legal and the team was led by Partner Ankit Guha.

IndusLaw team led by Partner Siddharth Manchanda acted on behalf of Unilever.

Surge was represented by L&L Partners with a team led by Managing Associate Nitin Gera.

Stratage Law Partners led by Founder Partner Shyam Pandya represented Ivy Cap.
