IndusLaw, Khaitan act on EatFit $13 million fund raise

The series A round was led by Iron Pillar and also saw participation from Nordstar and Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal

Eatfit recently raised $13 million (about ₹96.4 crores) in its Series A investment round led by Iron Pillar.

Other investors included Binny Bansal, Adil Allana, Rashmi Kwatra, Lydia Jett, and Kunal Shah.

IndusLaw advised EatFit and the team included Mayukh Dutta (Partner), Shivani Setty (Senior Associate), Spandan Saxena (Associate) and Anu Bhaskaran (Associate).

Khaitan & Co acted for Iron Pillar PCC and Global eCommerce Consolidation Fund, L.P.

This round brings the total money raised by Curefoods to a total of $20 million between Seed and Series A. The company is also looking to close a $10 million debt raise in the coming weeks, reported BusinessLine.
