Airgap Networks, Inc. has been acquired by ZSC Holdings Limited. The acquisition was structured through a merger of Airgap, with Argus Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ZSC.

JSA advised and assisted Airgap Networks on this acquisition deal.
