JSA acts on Deccan AI $25 million Series A fundraise

The funding will support the company’s efforts to scale its enterprise offerings.

Deccan AI has raised $25 million from a Series A fundraise led by A91 Partners, with participation from Prosus Ventures and SIG.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised lead investor A91 Partners on this fundraise. The transaction involved cross-border structuring complexities, including advising on the target group’s cross-border structure and addressing capitalization table evolution arising from the integration of multiple existing SAFE investors alongside incoming institutional investors.

The transaction team was led by Probir Roy Chowdhury (Partner), with support from Yajas Setlur (Partner), Pranavi Pera (Principal Associate), Aryaman Kumar (Associate) and Deviah Chinnappa (Associate).

Deccan AI is a technology startup focused on post-training data and model evaluation, enabling enterprises and advanced AI labs to deploy and monitor reliable AI agents.

The funding will support the company’s efforts to scale its enterprise offerings and strengthen its capabilities in AI evaluation and monitoring infrastructure.

Deccan AI's clients include Google DeepMind and Snowflake.
