Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has filed a placement document on October 10, 2023, for an issue of 9,625,579 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers, approximately aggregating to ₹2,591.21 million.

DAM Capital Advisors Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited acted as the managers to the issue.

JSA advised DAM Capital Advisors and Jefferies India on this QIP.
