JSA acts on Searchspring - Klevu merger to form Athos Commerce

JSA Advocates & Solicitors has advised Searchspring Holdings LP on its acquisition of Klevu. The combination of Searchspring and Klevu has resulted in the formation of a new, rebranded platform called Athos Commerce.

Backed by PSG Equity, Athos Commerce combines Searchspring’s expertise in site search, merchandising, and personalization with Klevu’s advanced natural language processing and AI capabilities. It also integrates Intelligent Reach’s product feed management tools, creating a unified solution that offers intelligent search, granular merchandising, real-time personalization, and multi-channel product syndication.

With a global presence across the US, EU, UK, India, and Australia, Athos Commerce seeks to streamline ecommerce operations and enhance shopping experiences worldwide.
