JSA Advocates & Solicitors has advised AgreeYa Solutions on its acquisition by Computacenter.

As part of the global transaction, Computacenter Plc., a listed technology and service provider, has acquired professional services company AgreeYa Solutions Inc., and assets of AgreeYa Solutions India.

The JSA transaction team was led by Prakriti Jaiswal (Partner) with support from Rishika Agarwal (Senior Associate) and Associates Mahi Jaiswal and Kirti Vardhan Singh.

AgreeYa serves large enterprise customers across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, professional services and local government. The company employs over 600 professionals in the United States and more than 700 in India, including contract staff.
