B Capital has made a primary investment in the Series E fundraise of Bounce (Wickedride Adventures Services Private Limited).

JSA advised B Capital on this investment deal. The Series E fund raise involved structuring to adjust the inter se shareholding of the investors, in compliance with applicable RBI rules & regulations, and other applicable laws.

The transaction team consisted of Manvinder Singh (Lead Partner), Anant Mishra (Partner), Archi Roy (Senior Associate) and Parnik Saxena (Associate).

Bounce is a Bengaluru based e-mobility start-up focused on electric scooter and swappable-batter business. Its long term e-mobility plans include building a battery-swapping network which would allow Bounce to sell scooters without a battery, sharply cutting down the price tag.
