JSA advises Goldman Sachs backed CPrime on its acquisition of Integrhythm

Goldman Sachs owned CPrime has acquired Integrhythm Inc. and its Indian subsidiary Integrhythm (India) Private Limited. 

JSA advised CPrime Inc. in this acquisition deal. As part of the transaction, the firm carried out the legal due diligence of the Indian Subsidiary and assisted in the review, negotiation and finalisation of the definitive documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Archana Tewary (Partner), Savio Tom (Senior Associate), Ajith Kidambi (Associate) and Megha Kumari (Company Secretary).
