Derive Trading and Resorts Private Limited has acquired a nearly completed 130-key upscale hotel property in Udupi, Karnataka from Harinath Builders and Developers Private Limited, for ₹100 crore.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Derive Trading and Resorts on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Gerald Manoharan (Partner), with support from Manuel Jose (Partner) and Harshita Agarwal (Senior Associate).

Strategically located along the Udupi–Manipal Highway, the hotel spans a super built-up area of approximately 17,475 square feet. Once operational, it is poised to significantly enhance the hospitality landscape of the Udupi region, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
