JSA advises Fairdeal.Market on $15 million Series A Fundraise

Fairdeal.Market intends to use the capital to expand its dark-store network.

FDM Digital Solutions Private Limited, dba Fairdeal.Market, has raised $15 million from a Series A fundraise led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), with participation from WaterBridge Ventures and Incubate Asia Fund.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Fairdeal.Market on the transaction, providing end-to-end legal support in relation to the investment round.

The transaction was led by Lalit Kumar (Partner) and Amandeep Singh Virk (Partner), with support from Associates Sameer Dahiya and Rahul Kapoor.

Fairdeal.Market

Founded in 2022 by Prateek and Yash Bansal, Fairdeal.Market is a B2B quick commerce platform delivering 1000+ FMCG products at wholesale prices to retailers in under 60 minutes.

The Company intends to use the capital to expand its dark-store network and improve last-mile delivery to serve over 100,000 retailers.
