JSA advises Fluxgen on Pre-Series A fundraise

FluxGen raised ₹28 crore from the fundraise.

JSA has advised FluxGen in securing ₹28 crore from a Pre-Series A fundraise led by IAN Alpha Trust.

The round also saw participation from Rainmatter Investments, Gameskraft Technologies Private Limited, LV Angel Fund and Force Venture Trust, along with existing investors Axilor Investment Trust and Arali Ventures Trust.

The JSA transaction team advising FluxGen on the fundraise was led by Gerald Manoharan (Partner) and Manuel Jose (Partner), with support from Manas Ingle (Principal Associate).

The newly acquired funds are earmarked for scaling FluxGen's solutions, expanding into new industrial markets, and accelerating international growth, particularly in regions like the Middle East and Africa where water scarcity is a significant concern.

Founded in 2021 by Ganesh Shankar and Emanuel Deepak, FluxGen offers end-to-end water intelligence solutions through its flagship platform, AquaGen. This platform enables industries to monitor real-time water usage, perform predictive analytics, and ensure regulatory compliance. The company's technology has reportedly helped clients, including TATA Steel, Aditya Birla Group, Care Hospitals, Mahindra Group, and Microsoft, reduce water consumption by up to 30%
