JSA has advised Hetero Group in relation to the sale of its renewable energy portfolio of 125 MW generation capacity to JSW Neo Energy Limited.
The firm acted as the legal counsel to Hetero Labs Limited and Hetero Drugs Limited on this transaction.
The transaction team consisted of Vishnu Sudarsan (Lead Partner), Shashank Vikram Singh (Partner), Kartikeya GS (Partner), Ravneet Singh Gill (Associate) and Vignesh Ravichandran (Associate).
The transaction values Hetero Group's renewable energy portfolio at an enterprise valuation of approximately ₹630 crore, excluding net current assets and other adjustments under the definitive agreements.
