JSW Green Mobility Limited has made a strategic investment in Lithium Urban Technologies Private Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised JSW Green Mobility on this investment. The transaction was completed upon execution of the definitive agreements and satisfaction of the agreed conditions precedent. JSA provided end-to-end support to JSW including negotiation and finalization of these documents.
