JSA advises VEH Green Energy on securing $174 million for Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Karnataka

The funds will be used for the construction and operation of a 155 MW (AC) hybrid renewable power project in Karnataka.

VEH Green Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, has availed external commercial borrowing, along with letter of credit and standby letter of credit facilities, aggregating to $174 million, from a consortium of banks comprising DBS Bank, HSBC and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

The funds will be deployed for the construction and operation of a 155 MW (AC) hybrid renewable power project in the state of Karnataka, India, comprising 155 MW (AC) wind and 79.20 MW (DC) solar power capacity.
