Hi-Q Electronics Private Limited has secured an investment of ₹175 crore from ValueQuest Tristar Fund.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Hi-Q Electronics and its promoter on this transaction. The Firm conducted vendor legal due diligence and provided end-to-end support on the deal, including negotiating and finalising the transaction documents. The firm also advised the client on various pre-closing actions and assisted in bringing the transaction to completion.
