JSA represented Rangsons Aerospace Private Limited and its promoters in raising ₹300 crore from ValueQuest Investment Advisors.
As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in addressing any diligence and corporate matters which arose, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions.

This strategic funding will support the growing demand for its products and solutions in the global commercial and military aviation markets while also enabling growth into new business areas through strategic acquisitions. Anand Rathi Advisors served as the financial advisor for the transaction.
