JSA represented Rangsons Aerospace Private Limited and its promoters in raising ₹300 crore from ValueQuest Investment Advisors.

As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in addressing any diligence and corporate matters which arose, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions.

The transaction team consisted of Archana Tewary (Partner), Savio Tom (Senior Associate) and Naveen Kumar (Associate).

This strategic funding will support the growing demand for its products and solutions in the global commercial and military aviation markets while also enabling growth into new business areas through strategic acquisitions. Anand Rathi Advisors served as the financial advisor for the transaction.

This investment marks the first addition to the portfolio of the ValueQuest Tristar Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) focused on thematic sector investments. ValueQuest Investment Advisors, a leading alternate asset management firm with over $2 billion in assets under management, has been at the forefront of identifying high-growth opportunities in sectors like aerospace, defense, precision engineering, and energy transition.

A part of the NR Group—a 75-year-old diversified business conglomerate based in Mysore—Rangsons Aerospace is one of India's leading product technology solutions providers. The company operates three world-class facilities in Bangalore and Mysore, specialising in satellite communication systems, airborne thermal management, and fluid distribution solutions. Rangsons Aerospace is a Tier 1 partner to global aerospace giants such as Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, while also supplying critical systems to Indian organizations including ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL.
