Adret Retail Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based company that owns popular Ayurveda brand Kapiva, has raised $60 million from a Series D fundraise led by 360 ONE and Vertex Growth.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Kapiva on this fundraise.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Vertex Growth as well as existing investor Vertex Ventures on this fundraise.
