JSA, Cyril Amarchand, Duane Morris & Selvam act on the rights issue of Capri Global Capital

The deal amount is valued at ₹14,400 million.

Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) had filed a letter of offer with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on February 13, 2023, for an issue of equity shares on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders aggregating up to ₹14,400 million.

ICICI Securities Limited was involved in the transaction.

J. Sagar Associates advised ICICI Securities Limited in relation to the rights issue of Capri Global Capital Limited.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Mookerjee (Partner), Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Krupa Brahmbhatt (Principal Associate), Reshmi Prabhakar (Associate), Varshini Puni (Associate) and Jeebitesh Bhattacharya (Associate).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the legal counsel to CGCL as to Indian Law.

Duane Morris & Selvam LLP acted as the international legal counsel to the Lead Manager.
