JSA, Khaitan lead on MindTickle $100 million fund raise from Softbank Vision Fund

The existing investors of MindTickle, Norwest Venture Partners, Canaan, NewView Capital, and Qualcomm Ventures, also participated in the round.

Pune and San Francisco-based tech startup MindTickle Inc, which helps companies improve their sales, has raised $100 million in funding in a combination of equity and debt financing led by SoftBank.

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised MindTickle and the team included Partners Sidharrth Shankar and Shantanu Jindel, Senior Associate Shweta Gupta and Associate Dhruv Malhotra.

Khaitan & Co acted for SoftBank with a team led by Partner Bharat Anand, along with Principal Associates Nidhi Killawala and Aditya Singha, Senior Associate Shivam Tandon and Associate Pranay Kapoor.

The team was assisted by Partner Indruj Singh Rai on direct tax aspects and Partner Moin Ladha on regulatory aspects.
