FabHotels and TravelPlus (operating under the entity Casa2 Stays Private Limited) have raised ₹1,280 million through a Series C fundraise from Panthera Growth Partners and Accel.

JSA represented FabHotels and TravelPlus in this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Kartik Jain (Partner), Debottam Chattopadhyay (Senior Associate), Anmol Mahajan (Junior Associate) and Alisha Chawla (Company Secretary).

They were supported by the JSA tax team which consisted of Kumarmanglam Vijay (Partner) and Shiv Singhal (Associate).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co represented incoming investor Panthera Growth Partners.

Trilegal represented existing investor Goldman Sachs.
