M. K. Sons Fine Jewels Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of upto 17,000,000 Equity Shares of face value ₹10, comprising a fresh issue of upto 13,600,000 Equity Shares and an offer for sale of upto 3,400,000 Equity Shares.

Kanga & Co is advising M. K. Sons Fine Jewels as well as the Book Running Lead Manager Aryaman Financial Services Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction is being led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), with support from Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate), Pooja Lalwani (Senior Associate) and Associates Meghna Sharma, Vansh Chadha, Suphla Singh and Sachi Ray.

M. K. Sons Fine Jewels is a retail-focused jewellery company engaged in the marketing and sale of a wide range of gold, diamond and Cubic Zirconia (CZ) jewellery through their own chain of retail showrooms since 2012.
