Khaitan & Co advises Clensta International on the Series B funding round

Clensta International Private Limited has raised ₹75 crores through its Series B Funding round led by TradeCred with participation from Mumbai Angels, Lets Venture, O2 Angels, Exim and Others.

Clensta also issued non-convertible debentures to TradeCred.

Khaitan & Co advised Clensta on both the funding round and the issuance of non-convertible debentures.

The transaction team consisted of Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Kairavi Shah (Principal Associate) and Suchita Vyas (Senior Associate).
