Biocon Limited is acquiring the stake in Biocon Biologics through share swap arrangements with Viatris, Serum Institute Lifesciences, Tata Capital Growth Fund II and True North.

Biocon Limited has made acquisition of minority shareholdings in Biocon Biologics Limited from Viatris Inc, Serum Institute Lifesciences, Tata Capital Growth Fund II and True North, for ~$1.2 billion
