Khaitan & Co takes co-working space Awfis towards IPO

The IPO plans to raise Rs 160 crore

Backed by ChrysCapital and Peak XV Partners, Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for their initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 160 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 10.02 million shares by its existing shareholders and promoters.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Awfis in filing its draft red herring prospectus for its IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Devi Prasad Patel (Partner), Pulkit Singh Rahangdale (Senior Associate), Ankesh Kumar Rai (Associate), Vanshika Chaudhry (Associate) and Shahbaz Shah Khan (Associate).
