Khaitan & Co, JSA act on DOMS Industries IPO

The initial public offering of equity shares aggregated to ₹12,000 million.

DOMS Industries Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹12,000 million, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹3,500 million and offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹8,500 million.

JM Financial Limited, BNP Paribas, ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Securities Limited were the Book Running Lead Managers to the IPO.

Khaitan & Co acted as Legal Counsel to DOMS Industries as to Indian Law with relation to the IPO.

The core team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Subhayu Sen (Partner), Aayush Mohata (Partner), Adrika Dhawan (Senior Associate), Anshul Mordia (Associate), Ayushi Saumya (Associate) and Aman Khandelwal (Associate).
