Macquarie Capital has made an investment in ChargeZone (TecSo Charge Zone Limited).

Khaitan & Co advised ChargeZone in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Bhavik Narsana (Partner) and Nirav Punjani (Principal Associate) with assistance from Adrito Dutta (Associate) and Udit Kapoor (Associate).

ChargeZone is engaged in the business of establishing charging station for charging batteries of all types of electric vehicles. As of March 2023, ChargeZone has more than 3,500+ charging points across more than 1,500 EV charging stations in operations or construction in 37 Indian cities and has covered more than 20,000 kms of highways and aims to reach one million charging points by 2030.
