R Systems International Limited, a portfolio company owned by Blackstone, has made an issuance of listed, unsecured, non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹275 crore to Standard Chartered Bank, through its IFSC Gift City branch, on a private placement basis.
Khaitan & Co advised R Systems International on this NCD issuance.
The transaction team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Rajshekhar Upadhyaya (Principal Associate), Akshansh Sharma (Senior Associate), Siddhant Shetty (Senior Associate) and Charul Lunia (Associate).
The funds raised by the NCD issuance will be used by R Systems International for the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Novigo Solutions Private Limited from its existing promoters.
