Khaitan, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells act on Seshaasai ₹813 crore IPO

Seshaasai is a solutions provider specializing in payment systems, communications, and fulfilment services, with a primary focus on the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.

Seshaasai Technologies Limited has raised ₹813.07 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares.

Khaitan & Co advised Seshaasai Technologies and the promoter selling shareholders namely, Pragnyat Pravin Lalwani and Gautam Sampatraj Jain, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Soumya Mohapatra (Partner), Mishi Malhotra (Associate), Charul Lunia (Associate).

Trilegal advised the Book Running Lead Managers, IIFL Capital Services, ICICI Securities, and SBI Capital Markets on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Bhakta Patnaik (Partner) and Albin Thomas (Partner), with support from Somya Jena (Senior Associate) and Associates Akanksha Goel, Snehal Kaushal, and Sanskriti Singh.

Hogan Lovells served as the international legal counsel for the BRLMs.

It also offers Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to a diverse set of customers across industries, and is one of the largest manufacturers of cheque leaves in India.

It is the first company in India's payment systems, communications, and fulfilment services sector to launch an initial public offering.
