Khaitan & Co advises DOMS on acquisition of Reynolds Pens

The acquisition of Reynolds will expand DOMS' range of writing tools and strengthen its position in the stationery market.

Doms Industries Limited has acquired the worldwide rights to the ‘Reynolds’ brand and other identified assets, contracts, employees and liabilities from Reynolds Pens India and five other entities (all subsidiaries of Newell Brands Inc.) for $3.7 million.

Khaitan & Co advised DOMS on this acquisition. The Firm advised throughout the transaction lifecycle, from the term sheet stage and due diligence process to the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the transaction documents.
