Khaitan, Argus act on PB Healthcare's acquisition of Fitterfly

PB Healthcare Services Private Limited has acquired digital health startup Fitterfly, to expand beyond hospitals and strengthen its preventive healthcare and chronic-disease management offerings.

Khaitan & Co advised PB Healthcare on all aspects of the acquisition.
