Warner Music India Private Limited (Warner Music) has made a strategic investment in Global Music Junction Private Limited, India (GMJ), the music and entertainment subsidiary of JetSynthesys.

Khaitan & Co advised Warner Music on this investment deal.

The core team consisted of Bhavik Narsana (Partner), Shweta Dwivedi (Consultant) and Nishant Sharma (Associate).
