All Time Plastics Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders. The total IPO size, including a pre-IPO placement, aggregated to ₹470.603 crore.
Khaitan & Co advised All Time Plastics on this IPO, according to the DRHP.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, on this IPO.
