Tata Consumer Products Limited has made a rights issue of 3,66,47,492 equity shares at a price of ₹818 per equity share.

Cyril Amarchand advised Tata Consumer Products.

Khaitan & Co acted as the Legal Counsel to the Bankers (Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India Private Limited) in relation to the rights issue.
