Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of up to 40,234,552 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Khaitan & Co is advising Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.
