Sundaram-Clayton Limited has filed the placement document on October 8, 2024 for an issue of 1,814,058 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers aggregating to approximately ₹400 crore.

Khaitan & Co acted as Legal Counsel to Sundaram-Clayton as to Indian law in relation to this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Vaibhav Mittal (Partner), Aastha Dhuppad (Associate), Vanshika Singh (Associate) and Varshini Puni (Associate).

JSA advised Ambit Private Limited and JM Financial Limited in relation to the QIP.
