Khaitan Legal Associates advised Indian Angel Network on its investment of approx. ₹3.1 crore in Nanosafe Solutions Private Limited (Nanosafe).

Nanosafe Solutions is an Indian material science company specializing in antimicrobial technologies. Founded by Dr. Anasuya Roy, a researcher from IIT Delhi, the company developed a patented copper-based antimicrobial technology that offers a sustainable and non-toxic solution for reducing microbial growth across various applications.

Nanosafe gained prominence during the COVID-19 pandemic by launching the "NSafe Mask," an innovative antimicrobial fabric mask. The company has since diversified into industries such as water storage, automotive, and household products, incorporating its antimicrobial technology into plastics, textiles, and coatings.
