Alteria Capital has made a venture debt investment of ₹55 million in Perfora.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Weindrila Sen (Associate).

Perfora is in the business of oral care products.
