Alteria Capital has made an investment of ₹250 million in Blissclub Fitness Private Limited.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Srishti Sneha (Associate).
