Khaitan Legal Associates advised Campus Fund in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi (Partner), Aditi Chandak (Senior Associate) and Aarushi Pandey (Associate).

Formi has developed a ticketing platform that uses data to automate event operations. The platform streamlines the payment and ticketing process and helps in tracking promoters, ads on social media, banners among others.
