Khaitan Legal Associates advised InnoVen Capital on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Srishti Dembla (Senior Associate) and Surbhi Burman (Associate).

The transaction marked a significant step for InnoVen Capital in supporting companies within the cleantech sector.

Metafin, headquartered in Mumbai with a corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana, is a non-banking financial company specialising in lending and financing clean energy projects and products.
