Synergy Capital has financed Goswami Infratech, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company controlled by Shapoor Mistry, by way of listed debentures of approximately ₹569.35 crores ($70 million).

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Synergy Capital in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Senior Partner), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate), and Srishti Dembla (Associate).
