Thriwe Consulting Private Limited has acquired Transasia Ventures Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.

As part of this acquisition, Mumbai-based UCare’s 100-plus team along with its founder will join Thriwe as a part of its larger global expansion plan.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Thriwe Consulting on this acquisition.

The transaction team comprised Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi (Partner), Aditi Chandak (Senior Associate), Sweety Dutta (Associate) and Srishti S (Associate).
