Khaitan, TT&A act on L Catterton's investment in Haldiram

L Catterton has made a minority investment and formed a strategic partnership with Haldiram Snacks Food Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised the Haldiram Group and its promoters, The Agarwal family, on this transaction.
