KNM & Partners, CAM act on Joynest Premises ₹300 crore NCD issuance

Joynest Premises Private Limited (a group entity of Hubtown Group) has made a private placement of secured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹300 crore.

KNM & Partners advises Joynest Premises on this NCD issuance. The transaction involved structuring and documentation of a secured debenture framework across multiple tranches, including inter alia, creation of security over project assets, establishment of escrow and cashflow control mechanisms.

The transaction team was led by Tanuj Hazari (Associate Partner) and was supported by Sidhant Ajmera (Associate Partner) and Smridhi Pathak (Associate).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised funds managed by Neo Asset Management, who subscribed to the debentures.
