A subsidiary of Tata Capital has provided an undisclosed amount of financial assistance to Hero Electric.

The Banking and Finance Team of Kochhar & Co acted for the subsidiary of Tata Capital on the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Parul Verma (Partner) and Swapnil Sant (Associate).
