Kochhar acts on Volex acquisition of majority stake in inYantra Technologies

Volex has acquired majority stake in inYantra Technologies for US$ 13million (around INR 100 crore).

Kochhar & Co advised Volex and the team was led by its Mumbai Resident Head & Senior Partner Rajarshi Chakrabarti, Partner Sameena Jahangir, Principal Associate Suresh Palav, Senior Associate Anushree Aditi, Associate Mehnaz Hussain Gaind and Associate Sneha Bhagwat.

The transaction entails subscription to fresh equity issued by inYantra Technologies as also purchase of equity from the existing shareholders, by Volex plc through its Indian subsidiary.
