Azure Power India Private Limited availed financial assistance of ₹600 crore from a consortium funding by Tata Cleantech Capital Limited and Axis Bank Limited.

Kochhar & Co acted for Tata Cleantech Capital Limited and Axis Bank Limited on the transaction.
