Digital Management Holdings (DMI), a global leader in intelligent digital transformation secured a strategic investment from an affiliate of New York-based private equity firm Ocean Sound Partners.

King Stubb and Kasiva Advocates and Attorneys (KSK) advised DMI on the Indian law aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Prithviraj Senthil Nathan (Partner) and assisted by Sivasubramaniam (Associate)

Jones Day acted as international legal counsel to DMI.

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP served as legal counsel to OceanSound.
