High Eximpetro Private Limited is acquiring 50% equity stake in Sperry Wictor S.R.L, Italy (brownfield joint venture) and 50% equity stake in Wictor China Limited, Hong Kong (brownfield joint venture) and 50% stake in greenfield joint venture in India.

In the multi-jurisdiction transaction, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan advised High Eximpetro Private Limited on the Indian law perspectives detailing around regulatory aspects, drafting of share sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and other transaction documents and negotiation of transaction documents.

The team was led by Sudish Sharma (Executive Partner) along with his team including Apeksha Bansal (Principal Associate) and Shivank Arora, (Senior Associate).

The in-house team of Sperry Wictor S.R.L, Italy and Wictor China Limited, Hong Kong played an instrumental role in this acquisition.
